Publications from PRFO Partnerships

n addition to hosting its own Annual Meetings and State-of-the-Art workshops, PRFO also participates with a variety of other initiatives. The nature of this participation may include assistance with coordination, sponsorship or in assisting with the publication of proceedings from these initiatives. In terms of publications, PRFO has been able to assist Algonquin Provincial Park of Ontario Parks with the publication of the 2000 Algonquin Forest/Wildlife Symposium Abstracts. Currently discussions are underway to participate in the publication of the proceedings for the 2001 Algonquin Fisheries Symposium. If you are interested and can propose an initiative relating to parks and protected areas research, PRFO welcomes additional opportunities for participation and to develop partnerships.

The cost for the Algonquin Forest/Wildlife Symposium Proceedings of Abstracts are $8 (not including GST)
