Interested in Joining PRFO?
Interested
individuals, students, agencies and institutions can
take advantage of PRFO's ability to provide a forum
where they can share and exchange research ideas with
others. The benefits of such an exchange and its contribution
to professional development in terms of personal learning,
networking, publications and presentations are immense,
where PRFO facilitates and encourages the pursuit of
these opportunities in a research context.
There are
two ways in which interested individuals can participate
in the Parks Research Forum of Ontario:

Anyone
can participate by attending and/or presenting at
any scheduled event such as our Annual Meetings (Conferences)
and State of the Art Workshops. Individuals who have
attended past events are automatically included to
receive any email announcements of future meetings.However,
if you have not attended an event and want to be added
to the mailing list, please contact the PRFO Coordinator
at hrc@fes.uwaterloo.ca
with your Name, Organization, Email Address, Phone
Number, Fax Number and a Mailing Address.
- Agencies, universities
and other organizations may be able to participate in
PRFO by being a representative of their group on the
PRFO Steering Committee. This Committee discusses and
sets the agenda for upcoming events, as well as assists
in the coordination of these events. Anyone who is interested
in participating in this regard is encouraged to read
